9th Kakogawa Seiryu-sen championship 3-match 2nd game was held between Ikenaga Takashi 4-Dan vs Hattori Shinichiro 3-Dan on 21st October. Hattori 3-Dan won the game against Ikenaga 4-Dan with 145 moves.
Then at the 3rd game Ikenaga 4-Dan won against Hattori 3-Dan with 101 moves, and won his championship of the match.

Ikenaga 4-Dan has been participating in the tournament since the 2nd Seiryu-sen with result of wins and 7 loses (0.588)
