Request regarding use of Kifu (Game records)

Due to the recent increasing inquiries to both Japan Shogi Association (JSA) and each sponsor of Shogi tournaments regarding use of Kifu (game records), JSA and sponsors had discussions and agreed as follows.
"Request Regarding Use of Kifu"
Any Kifu generated during the tournaments held by JSA and sponsors are assets of these parties. Any unauthorized use of Kifu may compromise such assets.
Should you wish to use Kifu (including their position diagrams) for any purposes beyond personal use, such as providing them for commercial purpose, please let us know in advance via the form below.
JSA and each tournament organizer will continuously discuss use of Kifu.

Tanigawa Koji 9-Dan (57 years old) notched his 1325th career win at 78th Meijin B1-Class match (Junisen) played on September 12th, winning over Matsuo Ayumu 8-Dan. He surpassed the record of Kato Hifumi 9-Dan (1324 wins, retired), and solely claimed the third place of All-time career wins ranking.

At this time, Japan Shogi Association has established a rule for when Ladies Professional player passes "Professional Admission Test" or when woman who belongs to Shoreikai is promoted to 4-Dan:
① A Ladies Professional player is entitled to participate in both Ladies tournaments and Professional tournaments, provided that she passes "Professional Admission Test".
② A woman who gets promoted to 4-Dan through Shoreikai is able to apply for Ladies Professional player status, provided that she applies within two weeks after she is promoted to 4-Dan.
